New Division, Promotions, and Hires within the Corporate Department

The RBG Corporate Department is now comprised of a newly developed Marketing Department and Digital Advertising Sales Department, along with the preexisting Executive Office, General Office, and Human Resources Departments. Donna Rubis – Executive Assistant and Marketing Manager
Donna came to the Royal Buying Group in 2009 and was hired as the Executive Assistant to Michael Zielinski (President/CEO) and the RBG Board of Directors. She has recently been promoted to Marketing Manager, in addition to her current role in providing executive office assistance to the company. Donna has 8 years of executive and office management experience working in the Information Technology and Aviation Industries. Her chief role within the RBG Marketing Department will be to oversee and manage all marketing projects and development.
Erika Swanson – Graphic Design Manager
Erika has been working for RBG since 2010 as the Graphic Designer and has been recently promoted to Graphic Design Manager. Erika graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art. She has since then been certified through the graphic design program at the College of DuPage in Graphic Design, Web Design, and Illustration. 2011 Scholarship Winner Announcement
Royal Buying Group, Inc. (RBG) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2010 Royal Buying Group education scholarships. One thousand dollar ($1000.00) scholarships were announced at the 2011 RBG Annual Programs Kick-Off Reception held at the Burr Ridge Marriott in Burr Ridge, Illinois on March 31, 2011. The scholarship amounts were generated from the Independent C-Store Networking Event and Golf Outing held by the Royal Buying Group at Ruffled Feathers Golf Club on September 9, 2010.
The first recipient, Chelsea Fletcher is currently a senior at Columbia High School and is enrolled to attend Florida Gateway College in August. She plans on majoring in Veterinarian Medicine and minoring in Marine Biology. Chelsea’s mother, Tammy Fletcher works for Scaffs, Inc. dba S & S Food Stores in Lake City, Florida. S & S Food Stores has been part of RBG since 2010.
The second recipient, Stevie Durocher is currently enrolled at Lyndon Institute and will be attending Middlebury College next winter, where she intends on studying Biology and Dance. Stevie’s mother, Rosemary Durocher works for Fordham’s Mobil Mart, Inc., located in Lyndonville, Vermont. Fordham’s Mobil Mart, Inc. has been a part of RBG since 2010.
The Royal Buying Group Scholarship Program is open to eligible candidates that are High School seniors, or graduates who plan to or are enrolled at an accredited two or four-year College or University in the United States that will lead to an academic degree. Independent C-Store Expo Tradeshow Announcement
